This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Kuleba on Twitter.

According to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, he discussed with his French counterpart the latest Russian strike and its impact on energy infrastructure, as well as the economy and civilians.

"I thanked France for the steps it has taken in the past to provide Ukraine with additional air defense and called on Paris to step up its efforts to provide Ukraine with new systems capable of intercepting ballistic missiles," the minister added.

He noted that both Kyiv and Paris know where such systems are located. Some decisions on supply can be made quickly, while others will take time.

"But work on them must begin immediately. Urgent action is needed," Kuleba emphasized.
