Kuleba congratulates new Bulgarian Foreign Minister

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has congratulated Stefan Dimitrov on his appointment as Bulgaria's new Foreign Minister and expressed hope for deepening cooperation.
Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter (X).
In a short post, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister congratulated his Bulgarian counterpart on his appointment.
"We value our partnership with Bulgaria and look forward to deepening our cooperation for the security and prosperity of both our peoples, the Black Sea region and beyond," he added.
Prior to his appointment as Bulgarian Foreign Minister, Stefan Dimitrov was Bulgaria's Ambassador to Montenegro. He is a career diplomat with almost three decades of experience.
