On Tuesday, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba addressed 31 NATO foreign ministers on the eve of their informal meeting in Oslo.
Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter.
According to the Ukrainian minister, in his speech to the NATO foreign ministers, he voiced "three steps for the success of the Vilnius summit".
"Strengthen institutional ties and assistance between Ukraine and NATO. Take a step towards Ukraine's membership in NATO. Provide security guarantees on Ukraine's path to NATO," he said.
The agenda for the upcoming NATO summit is expected to be discussed by foreign ministers at a meeting in Oslo on Wednesday and Thursday.
