Moldova asks the Netherlands for air defence systems for Ukraine

On 11 April, Moldovan President Maia Sandu called for the supply of more air defense systems to Ukraine at a meeting with Dutch Defence Minister Kajsa Ollongren.
Sandu wrote about this on Twitter (X).
According to the Moldovan president, she and Ollongren discussed ways to strengthen bilateral defense partnerships and enhance cybersecurity.
"As a Russian missile destroyed the largest power plant in the Kyiv region last night, I stressed the urgent need for more air defense systems for Ukraine," Sandu added.
