Moldova warns its citizens against travelling to Israel
The Moldovan Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on its citizens to refrain from traveling to Israel in view of the unpredictable situation in the region.
This is reported by the Newsmaker.
On 15 April, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a warning urging Moldovan citizens to avoid traveling to Israel unless it is absolutely necessary.
"Security and stability in the region may be under threat for an indefinite period of time," the Foreign Ministry explained.
Moldovan citizens who are already in Israel are advised to closely monitor the situation, follow official instructions, and keep in touch with the embassy.
As you know, on the night of 13-14 April, Iran and pro-Iranian forces in the region launched a massive air strike against Israel with attack drones and missiles. Almost all of them were shot down by the Israeli and allied military.
