PACE supported Kosovo's accession to the Council of Europe

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Tuesday, April 16, passed a decision allowing Kosovo to join the Council of Europe.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with a link to the Twitter (X) of Radio Liberty correspondent Rikard Jozvyak.
"The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has just passed a decision by an overwhelming majority that allows Kosovo to join the Council of Europe," the journalist reported.
131 deputies voted for Kosovo's accession to the Council of Europe, 29 against, and another 11 abstained.
According to Jozvyak, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe will probably make the final decision next month.
