Russia's war against Ukraine was a strategic failure - Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine was a "complete strategic failure."
He said this during a visit to Helsinki, Yle reports.
"Putin's aggressive war against Ukraine is a strategic failure," Blinken said.
The Secretary of State noted that the United States is working with Ukraine and other countries to find a peaceful way to end the war.
"We will support the efforts of Brazil, China, or any other country if they help find a way to a just and lasting peace," he added.
