This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.

According to the Center, from February 12 to 16, Tatarstan's President Rustam Minnikhanov (in office since 2010, a member of the Supreme Council of Putin's United Russia Party) participated in the Isfahan-Tatarstan Economic Forum. During this visit, he met with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi.

"The main issues that are beneficial for both sides were cooperation in the development of weapons technologies. In particular, Iran will send additional specialists to the city of Elabuga, where the Russians have launched the production of Shahed-type attack drones. In return, Russia will provide its expertise for the development of Iran's nuclear missile program. Also, the financial institutions of the two countries are developing schemes and mechanisms to circumvent international sanctions and conduct bilateral transactions," the Center said.

It is noted that these meetings take place regularly and thanks to such mutually beneficial exchanges, the Russian military-industrial complex receives scarce components for the further development of means of killing Ukrainians. However, residents of Yelabuga and Iranian engineers should be aware that Ukrainian UAVs are also constantly being improved.

Also, more than one enterprise in the Russian backwater has suddenly burst into flames under strange circumstances.
