Russia will be held accountable for attacks on Dnipro and Kyiv

The Russian leadership and those responsible will be held accountable for the barbaric attacks that kill and terrorize civilians.
This was stated on Twitter by the spokesperson for the EU External Action Service Nabila Massrali, Ukrinform reports.
"Russia's barbaric attacks continue, killing and terrorizing civilians: an attack on a hospital in Dnipro, now Kyiv at dawn on City Day. The Russian leadership and the perpetrators will be brought to justice," the statement said.
Massrali also added that the EU remains ready to help Ukraine defend itself.
