On Thursday, a Russian T-72 tank, which was shot down by the Ukrainian military in the Kyiv region last year, was put on display in Amsterdam's Leidseplein Square.
This was reported by NH Nieuws.
The tank was brought to the center of the Dutch capital by the De Balie debate club, which aims to remind passers-by of the fragility and resilience of democracy in Europe.
The exhibition is part of the European Culture Forum festival organized by De Baile. This year's theme is about democracy and the challenges it faces.
