The Russian Federation's army is striking thermal power plants in Ukraine with missiles that have components from Western and Asian countries.
In his Telegram channel, the head of the Office of the President, Andrei Yermak.
"The enemy hits Ukrainian thermal power plants with missiles, which have components from Western and Asian countries," said Yermak.
