Russians used chemical weapons against the AFU nine times in one day

Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupation forces have dropped chemical weapons nine times on the positions of Ukrainian defenders. This was announced by the speaker of the Tauride Defense Forces Dmitry Likhovy.

“Over the past 24 hours, the enemy carried out a total of 43 military clashes, which is also a definite decrease. The Russians also carried out 950 attacks, including nine drone drops of chemicals in tear-asphyxiating grenades. This is a violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention,” he said.

He noted that the weapon dropped by the Russians was similar to that used by the police to disperse rallies. The speaker added that this is not the first time the occupiers have used this substance at the front.

“There are nine discharges per day. Almost all of them are in the Zaporizhzhia region in the Zaporizhzhia direction,” Likhovoy informed.
