Rutte directly called Transnistria a territory under occupation

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said that he considers unrecognized Transnistria to be a territory under Russian occupation.

According to Yevropeiska Pravda, his statement was made in a conversation with the media at the beginning of the summit of the European Political Community, which is taking place in Moldova.

Rutte noted that the leaders arrived at the summit in Moldova, which is very close to Ukraine, where many atrocities are taking place.

"And in fact, Moldova is also partially occupied by Russia. And the fact that we are here - the leaders of more than 40 countries - is evidence that we will support this country, we will support Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression," the Dutch prime minister said.
