The Netherlands is considering providing F-16s to Ukraine

Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Friday that his country has not yet decided to provide Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets, but is "seriously considering" this option.
This is reported by Reuters.
Answering a question during a press conference whether the Netherlands would send F-16s to Ukraine, Rutte said that no final decision had been made, but added: "If you start training (pilots - ed.), it is obvious that this (sending planes - ed.) is something you are seriously considering".
According to the Dutch prime minister, any decision to provide F-16s depends on US approval. He added that his country would potentially have fighters that could be transferred, as they are now being phased out of service.
