The US predicts the launch of 400-500 drones and missiles on Israel
U.S. officials believe that 400 to 500 drones and missiles will be launched into Israel. The IDF intends to try to intercept the targets before they reach Israeli skies.

A senior U.S. official told ABC News that the U.S. estimates that 400 to 500 drones and missiles will be launched at Israel from Iraq, Syria, southern Lebanon, and Yemen, but that the bulk will be launched from Iran.
It is reported that Shahed drones are being used, the same as those used against Ukraine.
According to an Israeli military official, the Air Force intends to try to intercept the drones before they reach Israeli skies.
Israel expects Iran to launch additional waves of drones over time and is monitoring other Iranian assets for additional types of attacks, the Israeli military official added.
