This is terror, but we will not break: Kuleba on massive shelling

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine will not break from the intimidation of civilians, and such actions of the Russian Federation are an argument for anyone who still thinks it is possible to negotiate peace with Putin.
He wrote this on his Twitter following a series of strikes in Ukrainian cities on the morning of October 10.
"Putin's only tactic is terror against peaceful Ukrainian cities, but this will not break Ukraine. It is also an answer to all the "peacemakers" who want to talk peace with him. Putin is a terrorist who negotiates with missiles," Kuleba stressed.
