US does not support Israel's plan to strike Iran – CNN
The United States of America did not support Israel's plans to strike Iran in response to recent shelling.

According to an American official, Israel launched a military strike inside Iran, which is a potentially dangerous escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
Another official noted that on Thursday, April 18, the United States received advance notice of Israel's planned strike in the coming days. However, Washington did not support this idea.
Relations between Iran and Israel deteriorated rapidly after the attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria. At the same time, Tehran threatened to retaliate against Israel. On the night of April 14, Iran fired hundreds of missiles and UAVs at the country, some of which were successfully destroyed on approach. After that, Tel Aviv said it would definitely respond to Tehran.
Today, on April 19, as ABC News reported, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attacked Iranian territory. The military reported the downing of several UAVs near the city of Ishafan. However, no missiles were detected.
