Through the representatives of the parliamentary delegation, the Ministry of Health of Latvia received a request for medical support for the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital, which mentioned the need for additional medical equipment, in particular for anesthesia.

After reviewing the lists of requested medical equipment, the Latvian Ministry of Health decided to supply 36 lung ventilators and 12 patient vital signs monitors to the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital.

The Ministry of Health notes that the transfer of this medical equipment will not affect the performance of the main functions of Latvian medical institutions and its alienation will not cause the need to purchase new medical equipment.
