U.S. Marine Corps Rapid Reaction Force moves to the eastern Mediterranean as White House worries about spreading conflict in Gaza

The publication claims that the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the USS Bataan has been operating in the waters of the Middle East in recent weeks, but at the end of last week, it began to make its way to the Suez Canal.
The ship is currently in the Red Sea and is expected to move to the eastern Mediterranean soon. It is claimed that this move will place the marine unit closer to Lebanon and Israel.
