Russians destroyed Vuhledar, which allowed them to move to the flank

Vuhledar, which had previously been convenient for defense due to its elevated location, suffered significant damage due to active attacks by Russian guided aerial bombs. As a result, the enemy managed to advance to the flanks of the Ukrainian defense.

This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing his post on Telegram.

“Vuhledar. It used to be easy to defend this city, it was on top of the world. But with the active arrival of KABs at the front, the enemy managed to destroy it and move to the flank,” he said.

According to him, it is the use of armored vehicles and aviation that is the only factor that allows the enemy infantry to move forward.
