This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the speech of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
The head of state reminded that the Russian dictator has violated a large number of rules and regulations, and he will not stop on his own. Russia can only be forced to peace.
According to Zelenskyy, the aggressor, who is a violator of the UN Charter, should be stopped in this war.
The President emphasized that as winter approaches, Russia is once again trying to destroy the Ukrainian energy system.
“And this fall, they are even more cynical. They are ready to target our nuclear power plants, three nuclear power plants. We have such information and evidence of this. If Russia is ready to go this far, it means that your values do not matter to Moscow,” Zelensky added.
