We cannot get tired. Biden makes a statement about Ukraine at the UN
Western countries cannot get tired of supporting Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression. A just peace must be achieved.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the speech of US President Joe Biden at the UN General Assembly.
The American leader emphasized that the war of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin “failed” in achieving its main goal of destroying Ukraine. The Kremlin leader also failed to weaken NATO - the Alliance is now bigger, stronger, more united than ever, with two new members, Finland and Sweden. This is good news.
According to Biden, the West now has to make a choice: will it continue to support Ukraine to help it win the war and preserve its freedom, or will it allow the aggression to resume and destroy the nation.
“I know my answer. We cannot get tired. We cannot look away and we will not withdraw our support for Ukraine until it achieves a just and lasting peace in accordance with the UN Charter,” the US President added.
