Russia continues to actively seek to undermine unity among all nations. But Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will not succeed in stealing the future of the world.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the speech of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Future Summit.

The head of state emphasized the importance of the world working to create a common vision of a better future for humanity. And Ukraine supports efforts to ensure that all countries are united, secure, and strictly adhere to the UN Charter.

“And you all see who always not only opposes this, but also actively works to undermine world unity. This time, during the work on the Pact of the Future, the same small group of seven accomplices led by Russia again acted destructively, invariably opposing any global initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the UN Charter,” he added.

According to Zelenskyy, such a group of seven countries has always behaved in a similar way when the UN has tried to do something for the benefit of all.

The Ukrainian leader also reminded that Ukraine is preparing to host the second peace summit.

“We are working on food security, energy security and bringing Russia to justice for terror. Then we will deal with the rest of the points of the peace formula, including the release of prisoners, the restoration of territorial integrity and much more,” he added.
