Russians strike at Kharkiv suburbs with multiple rocket launchers

On the evening of Monday, 23 September, Russian troops struck a suburb of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
‘Explosions are heard in Kharkiv. Preliminary, the strike hit a nearby suburb,’ Terekhov said.
There is no information about the victims.
The mayor urged Kharkiv residents to stay in shelters, as the Russians may repeat the launch of the KABs.
