Ukraine's victory plan contains a clear vision of the steps that should ensure a just and lasting peace. In particular, it provides for an invitation to NATO.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, during a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.

As Yermak explained, the victory plan consists of a military and diplomatic part. According to him, the Defense Forces must have an advantage on the battlefield to force Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to stop the fighting.

“We are trying very hard. Without ships, we destroyed the Black Sea Fleet. Without air superiority, we stopped the Russian advance on most directions, including Kharkiv. Without fear, we brought the war back to Russia,” he said and added that since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine has also increased weapons production six times, but still does not have everything it needs.

In particular, the head of the Presidential Office called on partners to increase investment in the production of Ukrainian weapons and noted the importance of lifting restrictions on Ukraine's strikes on Russian territory, as well as allowing the use of frozen Russian assets.

Finally, he added that inviting Ukraine to NATO is part of the plan and advised the partners to stop taking into account Russia's threats of escalation.
