Finland to hold exercises with military of three NATO countries

From 26 April to 14 May, Finland will host NATO's Arrow 24 exercise, which will involve nearly 500 pieces of equipment and about 2,600 military personnel, as well as foreign military personnel.

This was reported by the press service of the Finnish Land Forces, according to Yevropeiska Pravda.

In particular, the military from the UK, Latvia, and Estonia will come to Finland for the training.

The exercises will take place at the Pohjankanka training ground in Niinisalo.

The purpose of the exercise is to strengthen interoperability and cooperation between mechanized units and allies, as well as to develop the ability to receive international assistance and support the host country.

It is also aimed at practicing the joint use of fire by armed forces.
