Germany to speed up arms purchases amid Russian aggression

Germany plans to speed up the process of approving arms purchases amid Russia's war against Ukraine.
This was stated by German Economy Minister Robert Habeck, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Bloomberg.
According to him, the country needs to increase the production of goods that increase the country's security potential.
Habeck cited Russia as an example, which threatens European countries and wages war against Ukraine.
"The situation with global threats has changed, and it would be naive not to think about it," he added.
