This was reported by RBC-Ukraine regarding the Telegram of the Mariupol City Council.

According to the document, which was posted by local resources, conscription commissions are to be established by April 1. Men born in 1994-2006 are subject to conscription.

At the same time, local administrations should assist military commissariats and "take personal control over the fulfillment of the task of conscripting citizens."

"It can be assumed that under the so-called conscription, the occupiers will start a real mobilization in the occupied territories. The Russians want to send Ukrainian men to the front to die for Putin," the city council noted.
