It is noted that the Seimas approved amendments to the law on public procurement, which allow organizations important for security to purchase and use drones for testing or transfer to other countries that use components from Chinese manufacturers.

After the discussion, 75 people voted in favor of the bill, two abstained, and no deputies voted against it.

The Sejm's Economic Commission approved the draft law by consensus after a small adjustment.

The proposal stipulates that organizations will be able to transfer purchased drones with Chinese components to support Ukraine. The MPs clarified that since such drones or other products will not be used in the activities of procurement organizations important for security, such exceptions will not harm the national security interests of the country.
