RF uses terrorist attack near Moscow to justify war against Ukraine

Russia is trying to justify the war against Ukraine with a terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall shopping center near Moscow.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine regarding a briefing by US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
In his opinion, the Russian government knows that the versions of the involvement of Ukraine, Britain, and the United States in the terrorist attack near Moscow are "categorically unfair."
He reminded that the United States warned Russia about the terrorist attacks in advance. Washington wanted to see that the Russians would try to prevent the tragedy.
"I would say that these comments by many Kremlin officials are irresponsible, they're cynical, and it's just another example of President Putin (Russian dictator Vladimir Putin - ed.) and the rest of his team using a national tragedy to try to justify an illegal war against Ukraine," Miller emphasized.
