On 26 March, a Russian X-35 missile hit a dormitory of a sports college in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring a man.

Direct speech: "The dormitory of a sports college was hit. A powerful explosion destroyed the roof and the ceiling between the upper floors."
Details: One civilian was reportedly injured, and "there was no military or military equipment at the site of the hit".
Bolvinov also noted that law enforcement officers seized the missile fragments and are documenting all evidence of the Russian war crime.
