According to military expert Vladyslav Seleznyov, Russian troops will not be able to attack Kharkiv or Sumy soon.

"For this mission, 100,000 is not enough, even 300,000 is not enough. If we talk about the encirclement and occupation of, for example, Sumy, then we should be talking about a 400,000-strong group with appropriate weapons and equipment. And here the enemy is not doing so well so that he will suffer crazy losses," the expert believes.

At the same time, he is inclined to the fact that the Russians will be able to accumulate a certain resource.

"But against the background of many statements about the formation of Moscow and Leningrad districts, about the creation of new brigades, divisions, and armies, there is still a big question, where they will find resources for the offensive. There are plans - there are no resources. And in war, resources are the determining factor," - noted Seleznev.
